WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DEEP CLEAN?
Great question! We've provided two links that will show you what is included with your first deep clean and the following visits. These services may vary occasionally based on the attention needed and condition of home, so if you have any questions, let us know!

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN?
No! We want to make it as effortless for you as possible. With Spotless Cleaning, you are trusting your home with the best in the business. We've been doing this for over 12 years! Many of our clients enjoy the freedom of giving us a spare key, access code or key card. If there are special instructions, just let us know and we'll make it happen!
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Absolutely! We know that your home is your sanctuary, so if there are items in your home that require special attention to detail, or are very fragile, please speak up! We will do our best, within reason, to accommodate your needs and leave you with peace of mind.

We ask that all clients understand the that if you jump right to a WEEKLY or MONTHLY plan, your booking will NOT be processed. We do require all first-time residential clients (and returning after 4 weeks), to book a ONE-TIME clean as the first service. This hits all the regular areas and then some. We will then recommend a plan that works for your home and needs; weekly, monthly, bi-weekly etc. If you are a new client, be prepared to consult with a member of our team prior to your first cleaning. We need to understand the condition of your home or office space in order to accurately quote you a price.
We work Monday-Friday 8am-3pm, and will do our best to accommodate your needs and busy schedule. If the time you are looking for is not available, please check back with us by sending an email to email@example.com.
We accept Payments via Cash, Check, and for your convenience we have linked PayPal to our online booking system.
*All card payments are subject to NJ Tax (6.625%) and (3%) processing fee through PayPal unless otherwise stated.
